BOB ROMANO, CO-FOUNDER
Bob Romano is a sales and customer relationship consultant and co-founder of High Definition Banking®. The sales, service and training expertise Bob has shared with consulting clients is drawn from his nine-year career with Xerox Corporation, two years with the international leadership training firm of Zenger-Miller and over twenty five years consulting to banks and credit unions.
He is co-author of the book, Five Star Service Delivery and has written numerous articles on sales, service and relationship management including “Turn Your Customers into Loyal Advocates and Grow Organically Through Banking Relationship Management”, “Train Your Staff to Sell Consultatively –The Key to Win Producer Trust and Loyalty”, “How to Build a Winning Sales Team,” and “Six Ways to Energize Your Quality Service Process.” He has spoken for organizations such as the Western Independent Bankers, Community Bankers of Southern California, the Louisiana Bankers Association and the Bank Institut Malaysia.
Bob is the creator of training programs and reinforcement processes used by High Definition Banking®. He personally leads client implementation teams for High Definition Banking® sales and service processes and coaches participants. He is also oversees marketing and sales.
BARBARA SANFILIPPO, CSP, CPAE CO-FOUNDER
Barbara Sanfilippo is a highly-rated keynote speaker, author, coach and member relationship management consultant who has presented at nearly every major banking and financial industry convention in the U.S. and internationally as well as other industries. She specializes in building high-performing sales teams, client relationship management, sales management and motivation.
Previously she was a Vice President and Regional Sales Manager with Bank of America, (working with commercial and retail) a loan sales representative and early in her career worked with two Wall Street investment firms. Barbara has extensive, hands-on experience in working with CEO’s, senior management, financial advisors, insurance reps, branch managers, loan officers, business development staff in all lines of business and understands their challenges.
Her enthusiastic and interactive style combined with her “how to” practical approach have earned her the respect and repeat business of hundreds of corporations and associations nationally and internationally, including the financial services, insurance, investments, mortgage, banking and real estate industries. She is equally skilled at facilitating strategic business retreats as she is at inspiring people to take action both personally and professionally.
Barbara is the author of Dream Big! What’s the Best That Can Happen?, contributing author in The Service Path-Your Roadmap to Build Strong Customer Loyalty and producer of numerous sales and service audio CD’s. She is one of 105 speakers worldwide to receive both the Certified Speaking Professional designation and the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame Award from the National Speakers Association.
