Every year the Independent Community Bankers of America publishes an article called The 50 People, Places And Things Community Bankers Love.
They ask member CEO’s what’s been working for them, how they’ve stayed ahead of the curve and innovative things they are doing.
We’re providing the link because:
- High Definition Banking® was cited (see next paragraph), and
- We feel you might be inspired by one or more of the responses and try a strategy that leads to a great success in your bank or credit union.
We’re proud to say that Mike Elliott, President and CEO of United Bank of Union (MO), one of our clients, was featured in the August 2017 article. Mike says he is staying ahead of the curve by implementing customer relationship management and using the High Definition Banking® process:
…to teach staff new ways of increasing sales and building customer loyalty through ‘conversational banking’ rather than order taking.
The High Definition Banking® relationship building process has been a significant change moving from an outdated 1980s sales culture to a relationship selling culture that’s really working for United Bank of Union.

Thanks for reading!
